After having recent issues sleeping after coming off of sleep medication, I've been on a hunt for headphones I can wear to sleep so I can play music or the new theta/delta sleep sounds to try and calm my monkey brain. At first I tried the small earbuds designed for sleeping but being a side sleeper I couldn't find any that didn't end up hurting after a while which ended up waking me up which defeated the purpose. I decided to give headband headphones a try even though I was skeptical about their comfort and sound given they don't sit in the ear. Since the price was reasonable on these Perytong sleep headphones as compared to most of the others I figured it wouldn't break the bank to try them. I have to say that I was shocked that they worked for me. While the initial fit was a little snug, I found that they ended up stretching nicely and conforming to my head. The sound was remarkably strong and clear even though the headphones weren't directly in my ears which was a concern. The best part was that I was able to sleep with these on through the entire night while on my side and they didn't cause me any discomfort. I really didn't know they were there after a while. As an honest reviewer, I will say that since they aren't an in-ear headphone they do let in more ambient noise and I wouldn't consider them noise cancelling. It wasn't an issue while my music was playing but when it stopped I noticed I could hear my ceiling fan and my wife's breathing but muted. Then again this design isn't supposed to be so I can't really fault the headphones for this. For the price, these headphones over-deliver and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them especially for side sleepers looking for comfort and decent sound quality over noise cancellation.

These headphones are a total game changer. They charge quickly, but need to be charged approx every other day. The headband is not adjustable, but it fits my adult head just fine though it does slip a little in the night. The buttons are easy to work and find and the headphones that are built in are very comfortable. This headband seems to be great quality and I think it will hold up with nightly use for a long time. It uses a Bluetooth connection so you can listen to anything you like and the volume truly goes high enough to drown out sounds and help you sleep through the night.

I’ve been using the Perryton Bluetooth sleep headband for a couple days now and overall I’m really happy with it especially for the price. What I like: it is very comfortable for sleeping. The fabric is soft and breathable and the flat speakers don’t dig into your ears this was a big improvement over earbuds, especially if you’re a side sleeper. Battery Life- It easily at last through the night on a single charge well over 8 to 10 hours so I don’t have to worry about it dying while I’m sleeping. Easy to Use- Pairing with Bluetooth was quick and the controls are simple enough to use in the dark. What could be better? Sound quality is decent but not amazing. It’s clear enough for sleep audio but don’t expect high-end headphone quality. The headband can get a little warm overnight, but it is not from the electrical components. This would be expected and not really a complaint, just a warning.

This sleep headband is very soft and comfortable. It is great for side sleeping. It fits very well for a larger sized head. The sound quality is excellent for music and podcasts / audiobooks. The battery life is exceptional. It is easy and quick to charge (charger is included.) It is easy to connect to your phone. This is the third sleep headband I have used and so far the best I have found.

The first time I bought this product, it came with a "lifetime" warranty, but it was SO good & lasted a long time, 3-4 years, before it refused to hold a charge so I didn't complain & just bought a new one. The 2nd one barely lasted a year & now it's virtually useless for more than an hour. Still, it's got so many other good qualities and is inexpensive enough that I'm still not complaining too much, but it is disappointing because others I've purchased are not nearly as comfortable, etc., and I don't WANT to switch to a similar product. I'm giving it one more shot to see if I can change MY habits to make it last longer. If that doesn't work, I'll look for something else.

I bought these Perytong sleep headphones for my mom because regular earbuds usually bother her ears, especially when she wears them for a long time or sleeps with them in. This product was exactly what she needed. She was extremely satisfied with it right away. The headband is soft, lightweight, and comfortable, and she loves that nothing has to go directly inside her ears. She said it feels much better than sleeping with earbuds and that she can see herself wearing it all the time — while relaxing, sleeping, walking around the house, or listening to something without ear irritation. Another thing she really liked is that it is easy to clean. The speakers can be removed, so the cloth headband can be washed when needed, which makes it very practical for everyday use. For the price, this is honestly a great product. My mom liked it so much that she recommended I buy one for myself too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants comfortable headphones for sleeping, relaxing, travel, meditation, or anyone who does not like having earbuds inside their ears. Very happy with this purchase.

Coming from one of those girlies who cannot sleep if it’s quiet—I’m obsessed. I love getting to fall asleep to a playlist and wearing the headband means that 1) hair is outta my face while I sleep and 2) I’m comfy and sleep so well without bothering my partner. I also don’t have to worry about earbuds digging in or getting lost while I’m asleep. Sound quality is decent, it’s easy to charge, buttons work great, and it lasts a decent amount of time. This is a repeat purchase for me and have been using these for the last 5ish years so that even if I misplace one I never have to go sleep without it. In the past I’ve bought the black one but I’ve really loved the pink this time—such a pretty shade and color is decently true to the picture. Highly recommend.

UPDATED: At the time of purchase, the battery lasted at least two and sometimes three nights on one charge. Nine (9) months later, the charge doesn't even last the night. The battery dies at ~5 hours. I didn't expect that a rechargeable battery would last forever, but I did expect that it would be over 50% less effective in less than a year. Additionally, the band has really lost it's shape. It was really soft so it moved around some, but never a lot, but now it barely stays on. I often wake in the middle of the night to find it completely off the back of my head. I have tried washing it to tighten the fibers, but that didn't help at all. Generally speaking, I don't think that an electronic should be something I need to replace every nine months. So I have reduced my score from 3 stars to 1. I was looking for a comfortable headband to listen to audiobooks and meditations at night to help with my anxiety. Since I almost exclusively sleep on my side, I wanted something comfortable. PROS Very comfortable sleeping on my side. Yes, I can feel the speaker a bit, but it feels soft, not hard, with no sharp points. Unless you are Princess & the Pea type (and no judgements if you are), the speakers are very comfortable to sleep on. The sound quality is better than I expected. Obviously, being inside the headband, it is slightly better when laying on my side and the speaker is pressed into my ear. But even when laying on my back, it's still good. The fabric is really soft and comfortable. It didn't make me hot, nor were there any places where it was itchy or poked me. My kid wanted one too. She has helix piercings and this was totally comfortable over those, as well. The speakers do move around a bit, but it is very easy to reposition them, and they don't seem to move much within the headband while I sleep. I never have to move them around much, so I cannot say if it is because I am just lucky to have the right sized head for their positioning. YMMV CONS The photo makes it look like the headband has some form to it and will retain that shape. It does not. It is very soft and scrunches up easily. As a result, it is almost never in the right position when I wake up. The elastic is very loose, which does increase comfort, but decreases it's ability to stay on. It operates differently than every other bluetooth speaker device I own: * All of my other bluetooth "speakers" (including headphones and earbuds) have some sort of volume memory with my device. So when I connect them, the volume level resets to where it was the last time I used the device. Not this one. It resets to the highest volume level every time, which is both shocking and painful if you don't remember to turn it down before you start playing your music/audiobook. * All of my other bluetooth "speakers" allow me more gradients in volume control, using both the device volume and the speaker volume, with the device having fewer gradients and the speaker having more. The best analogy I can think of is a treadmill. Imagine a treadmill where you can ONLY go 1 mph, 2 mph, 3mph, etc. So if 1 mph is too slow and 2 mph is too fast, you have no other options. That is how my devices usually work. My other bluetooth "speakers" give me options between 1 and 2, so I can adjust the sound levels to best fit my needs without changing the volume level of the device. This headband does not allow that. You get 1 or 2, or in the case of volume for sleeping, 0 (no volume) or 1, which is a bit too loud for what I want when I sleep. So not only is it a bit harder to be lulled into sleep, I also worry about the potential impact on our hearing (feel like it would have similar risks to ear buds) * I never use the track and volume buttons on the band. As stated above, it is no different that the volume level on my device, and it is easier to adjust the volume on my device. The long-press for volume is hard to get just right. Too short and you change your track. Too long and you are either blasting your ears or end up muting the sound. * No auto shut off. HOW DID I MISS THAT IN THE DESCRIPTION?? This means I have to recharge it at least every night or two, which isn't great. It's too late to return and I don't have the energy to go through all the options again, so I will deal with it for the time being.

Very happy with my headphones. It paired extremely easily with my phone via bluetooth. The material is light enough that you do not feel uncomfortable, it's tight enough to stay put when sleeping. Initially, the band doesn't particularly filter out any sound, but when you lie on the pillow, the small speaker in the band is pushed against your ear which causes it to filter out sound and become louder. The noise level on the headband isn't overly loud but produces a nice crisp sound which is good enough to sleep with, as intended. Overall, I feel these are more suited to people who want to wear them to sleep rather than to use as an every day headphone. I purchased this so that my mother can sleep better as she has chronic asthma and can hear herself wheezing... also my father's snoring can get quite loud, so we are hoping these help her have a better quality of sleep. The only thing I feel could be improved is the sound level so it can be louder and if you forget to disconnect the band from the bluetooth on your phone then calls come over them. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would purchase again :)

The product is very wonderful and comfortable during sleep and blocks the light if you put it on your eyes. The only problem is that its battery life during use is relatively short, but I can not complain about that.

It’s nice. Practical, looks and feels great!

The colour (pink) is great and it's super comfy and soft. It is a little big but I have a tiny (adult size) head so it'll probably fit a normal adult sized head perfectly. The earphones are about the same size as an old 10p and have soft edges so you don't know they're there. I have trouble sleeping and staying asleep but find it easy to sleep to an audiobook/scripture. I slept in these headphones as soon as I had them and found them very comfortable. They did not irritate at all & even doubled up as an eye mask!! The sound quality is fantastic. Even better than some in-ear earphones I have purchased. There is no interference, no buzzing and no background white noise at all. I have yet to use them when my partner is snoring next to me but so far....on my own....they're great (hence the 3 stars for noise cancellation as I can't fully comment). I'm not sure that I'll wear them out as the control is right on the front of the head and could do with maybe being at the back or concealed. Even so, if I can get over my vanity, I might wear them outside whilst walking. I am very very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve had other headband headphone sets but I’d rate this one best yet. Very comfortable to wear all night. And works best with my CPAP headset. Sound quality is excellent.
