Does not work outdoors
Purchased to highlight steps on pathway. First windy day blew the tape right away. Not sticky enough for outdoors use

Does the job!
The tape seems reasonably sturdy for outdoor use. We used it in a local spinney as there's a dangerous branch overhead which can't be dealt with immediately as specialist lift equipment is needed. So this tape works perfectly as a visual warning. NB: I haven't rated it on adhesion as it's non-adhesive!
