This book is definitely one of the best I have read about vegan diet. The first few pages of the book are introduction to vegan diet for who doesn’t know about vegan diet. It has a lot of meals, all of them looks appetizing; I could even try eating some of it. Books like this one are perfect for beginners because help them to make their transition enjoying the food they eat and understanding why this lifestyle was an excellent choice for their health. I feel much more energy and it helped me and my whole family. Interesting read!!!

A peaceful Person
Well. I'm not vegetarian but I'm happy with this book and the idea of saving animals. He think that veganism is not about losing anything; it is about gaining the peace within yourself that comes from embracing nonviolence .. I think he is a very peaceful and sensitive person that he refuses a beef burger sandwich to save animals.

Very informative!
This book did a great job of explaining exactly what veganism is. It's easy for me to get confused with all the different information out there. I'm working on transitioning to a vegan lifestyle and I'm glad to have gotten this book and all the recipies that come wth it to make my transition smoother!

While the book can give you some good recipes some of those recipes are not complete
While the book can give you some good recipes some of those recipes are not complete. In some of those recipes example ie: 2 tbls oil, cups of water( how many cups?) In quite a few recipes. One mistake Maybe quite a few? Quite aggravating especially for a beginner. I stopped using the book.

Simply yet delicious recipes. Not too many steps or ingredients
I am an avid vegan myself and have been for the last few years. I really enjoyed this cookbook and will be keeping it on my kindle for future reference. I tried out the vegan shepherds pie as well as the creamy chocolate mouse and they were absolutely delicious.

Recommended for beginners
I have been trying to increase the range of foods that I can cook and I came across this nice vegan recipes book, which is great because it has very delicious recipes and they are very easy to execute. Recommended for beginners like me.

Nice book I have thought about changing the way that ...
Nice book I have thought about changing the way that I eat before and this book gives a lot of good ideas. It compares and contrast eating animal foods with plant foods. A bonus would have to be all of the recipes that it provides.

Full of incorrect grammar and punctuation. All measurements are in, 'cups' but printed in U.K? Either written by a student, or someone who speaks english as a second language? Definitely not proof read before being printed.

Seems interesting book, but..
I haven't made any recipes yet, but took a look at some of them. I noticed that sometimes there is no quantity mentioned (can of..., tbsp of..., etc.) so I presume it mean "1" can, "1" tbsp., etc.. on some recipes it is mentioned the "1" can, etc.. why not all of them. it is the reason I am not giving 5 stars. I like the fact the author propose ideas of meals.

Bought for best friend's wedding and she claims great recipes. Fresh and tasteful.

Ok but...
Contents are good, but too many spelling errors and missing quantities on several recipes. I’d never buy books on line unless I check them at bookstores.
