GAC 900 by GOLDEN, 8 oz Jar, Professional Fluid Mediums, Heat-Set Fabric Painting Acrylic Medium, For Wearable Fabrics

My kods used this for "senior jeans" with their acylic paint. It worked just fine. They mixed in some product with the paint and used like that. It worked out perfect fine and they havent had an issue with cracking or anything. Its a milky thin white color but it doesn't affect the paint color.

Love painting denim and this was an excellent find. I mix with Liquitex acrylic paints for flexibility and vibrancy. Doesn't take any longer to dry than using acrylics alone. I usually use a hairdryer to set it with heat during the painting process and run over the design with an iron on low heat once finished. A little goes a long way so I anticipate this size to last me through quite a few projects

Need to mess with the ratios a bit, but not a bad product whatsoever! Pretty easy to use, just make sure you find a good balance because it could sort of wash out the ink (make it a less opaque).

Love this product! I paint on a lot of jackets and I could not do it without this stuff! I have not had any problems with the paint fading.

I used GAC 900 for a painted a design on a t-shirt. I mixed it with heavy bodied Golden acrylics and steamed it per the instructions. I applied a few layers of paint. It’s been over 5 years and the design is still in perfect condition. I have put that t-shirt in the wash on high heat dozens of times and it’s still flexible and not chipped at all. In the beginning it did have a tendency to stick to itself but it came apart easily no damage.

Excellent product which enables you to make fabric paint out of basically any acrylic paint! Doesn't seem to affect the color (I have used Schmicke Akademie acrylics). Has a some what an odor but if you're not working in a teeny tiny room with no ventilation the odor should not be a problem.
