Wall Mount

Pro: Excellent price, no burrs or marks on the plastic, metal arm seems to be of decent quality. Holding their positioning great so far in the week they've been up. Cons: Not the best quality plastic for the mounting base as it flexes a little bit when installing. 2 of the included mounting screws were defective... the self tapping tips had snapped off and the head did not have an indent for the screwdriver (just flat like a nail!) All in all this is a great product for the price! Worked perfectly for my Arlo Pro cameras. When I can afford more Arlos I will be buying these mounts again. Tip for installing is to unscrew the arm completely then install just the base. When you're tightening the arm and it's not lined up right, the metal that meets the connector to the base is tight but DOES rotate if you need it to for a specific positioning.

I’ve had these for about a year (August 2017) now and they have stood the test of time. I’m older and not all that handy so I have them strategically placed on shelves pointed where I need them. I’ve only just now had to change my first set of batteries. Let me say... Positioning is key! I spent a few months thinking a glitch or something sinister was setting off my kitchen motion detector in the middle of the night once a week or so. I finally noticed the tip top of a blond headed ghost at the bottom of the playback frame. After a large investment in garlic and crossses, I heard a cross crash to the floor. With pepper spray in hand, I finally realized the culprit was the top of my dog’s flag of a tail on his way to a nightly drink. A slight tilt up and the ghost was exorcised. I have since bought another add on and placed it in my tin shed of a garage ~ 60 feet away and it works fine. Best of all = no wires

I only purchased this mount because I have a very small and narrow front porch/area of my house around my door to get a good shot - I could not obviously hang the magnetic mount horizontally and I wanted to have the camera directly below the gutters (camera facing down) to get a nice shot. I have the regular Arlo HD, and where the screw hole is on the back of the camera itself I had to hang it upside down (no need to fear because you can flip the camera shot via the app). Range of motion on this mount is TERRIBLE. It worked for what I needed it for because I’m literally facing the camera downwards from an above position but if you’re looking for a tight angle from this mount you will not get it. The description of this product is innaccurate as it makes you think the mounts range of motion is 360 degrees but after you tighten the mount to the camera you get 30-40 degrees tops. All in all, the mount secured well but like aforementioned there is MINIMAL range of flexibility on the mount. ONLY BUY THIS IF YOU CANT HANG TNHE MAGNETIC MOUNT VERTICALLY TO GET A SHOT.

Very easy install. Excellent stability. Good quality. I used this product to mount an Arlo camera on the side of my garage where I needed an angle that the "ball" mount that came with the camera system could not accommodate. This mount went up in less than 5 minutes. I used my own screws as other reviews mentioned that the screws included strip easily. Easy adjustments that hold the camera in place and at the right angle needed. Looks professional and sharp. Would recommend to others.

I have one main issue with this product, as well one key thing you need to know about how your Arlo camera interfaces with this device. First, if you want to install this thing so that the base connects to a ceiling or roof, DO NOT drill the holes until you've attached the camera and oriented it where you want it to point. Although the screw that connects to the camera bends up to 90 degrees, you can't put it in any 360-deg position. When you tighten the screw-device/clamp, the camera ends up pointing in the direction it ends up based on tightness of the screw-device/clamp. This device would be much better if once you tightened the screw-device/clamp to hold the camera at the angle you want, that you could then rotate the camera around 360-deg to any position you want. Second, for the regular Arlo indoor/outdoor camera (with the non-rechargeable batteries), the screw mount is on the bottom of the camera. So, if you try to connect this device from a ceiling/roof, your Arlo camera will connect upside down, and your image will be upside down. The Arlo Pro has the screw connector in the back, which makes it work well this wall mount. Overall, it's okay, but make sure you research it ahead of time, because I found it useless with my regular Arlo camera and I had to drill the holes twice to get the camera in the orientation I wanted.

These work perfectly for my Arlopro 2. I like them better than the Arlo expensive ones because they are smaller and do not stick out as far. As far as movement goes, they are just as good with same type of motion as the other similar more expensive mounts. Strength and durability I found to be better than the arlo mounts the base plates I believe to be stronger. One suggestion would be make the base slightly coned shape and add a slot for the power cord to come thru without getting pinched. I plug mine into house and run the power thru a hole drilled. I’d like to hide the hole behind the mount.

I ordered these to use with Netgear Arlo Cameras. They are very lightweight and seem to be made of a durable plastic. I have had them mounted for a couple of weeks and they have been in sub zero temperatures overnight lately without any issues. There is very little metal on them and they hold the cameras very well in whatever angle I needed to place them. Make sure you plan out the angle before mounting the base and you should be good to go. Arlo cameras are light, so combined with the lightweight base, makes them very easy to mount on a house, even with vinyl siding like I did. The lack of a lot of metal, also means less possibility of rusting.

Al momento non ho potuto utilizzare in quanto ho avuto un problema sulle telecamere che devo rendere, ma le staffe non hanno problemi . Sono in attesa della sostituzione per poi poter mettere sul muro la staffa

Wirkt beim Auspacken vielleicht nicht sehr hochwertig , aber funktioniert tadellos, ich habe dieses Produkt für meine Arlo-Cams besorgt und die Befestigung ist damit sicher und die Cams halten gut. Der Bereich, der durch die Cams abgedeckt wird, ist mit dieser Halterung viel besser einstellbar als mit der bekannt Arlo-Metallhalbkugel. Befestigt habe ich die Halterung nicht mit den beigelegten Schrauben, sondern mit Silikon geklebt. Auch das ist bombenfest geworden. ein gute und günstige Alternative zu den Originalhalterungen.

ayant un kit de camera ezviz, je préférais mettre des support vissés plutôt que les aimants .trés pratique pour les réglages , mais il faut pour autant bien serrer avec une clé la vis plastique qui bloque la rotation.
