**Q: Is rhe metal thick and sturdy or cheap thin stuff ?**
A: The metal is thick and sturdy and the plastic coating on the handle works well.  Bought this for husband to use.  Perfect length for him to sit in chair and use without having to bend way down to use to slide foot into shoe.  He is extremely pleased with this product.

**Q: Where is it made**
A: It doesn’t say anywhere on the product where it is made. I would assume overseas due to the inferior quality. Mine bent after the very first use

**Q: What is the gauge of the metal?**
A: The shoehorn measures .0625" so just over 16 gauge but not quite14 gauge.  Its pretty rigid and conforms to the heel nicely so not too think to be effective as a shoehorn.

**Q: I have small feet, women’s size 6. Will this one work?**
A: Yes, my wife wears size 6-1/2 shoes and it works fine.
