Very effective product!
I take 1 per night, definitely helpful to sleep. Allow 30 mins for it to kick in.

Excellent!
Excellent product that achieves the goal of added relaxation prior to and during sleep. A simple way to improve sleep without grogginess when you wake up.

Huge, but they do work well!
These pills are comically enormous! I added a photo. On the left is a normal size ibuprofen, in the middle is my normal sleep supplement which actually has all the ingredients this pill does, plus one more (it was out of stock) and on the right is this pill. There is no flavor, or smell to speak of. All pluses, but if you have issues swallowing, please reconsider. I have no idea why they make them so big. Also take them sooner than you would a regular gel capsule, these take about an hour to kick in. I think it’s because of the thick casing. I only use one (the dosage is two) and sleep well with them, plus I have zero grogginess when I wake up.

2 bottles 1/2 full ⁉️
I think it works VERY well, but I also think it’s Ludacris to buy 2 bottles & literally pour 1 of the bottles into the other bottle which fills it up perfectly & discard the other bottle.😵💫THEY ARE 1/2 FULL! What a waste. Why do they do that? They all do that, it’s ridiculous!!! Charge the same amount of money but fill up the damn bottle. Even supplements that comes from India do it…they all do it & I don’t get it. Is it to make it look like you’re getting more but I mean it’s 1/2 full, we’re all smarter than that!” They’re wasting brown glass bottles & space, it’s insane!😵💫

worse than useless
I know that melatonin helps me sleep. I used it plain since menopause, but I was having trouble relaxing enough to fall asleep lately and had been using a gummy with ashwagandha with great success. But that had a lot a sugar and artificial color so I tried these pills. I could NOT FALL asleep. I could NOT STAY asleep. I would wake up after every dream cycle and toss and turn trying to go back to sleep. I would wake up around 3 am almost every night and not get back to sleep for over an hour. And the worst part was I would wake up hungry! I have never been a midnight snacker, but something in this formulation acted as a stimulant. Even if it had worked as advertised I would look for another solution because the pills are huge.
