Really like the versatility of this device, so far no issues. Review: Good service support - Tried to install it with an old GE Simon XT system. Talked with their customer tech service. Great support from them. However we failed to make it work successfully in my system. Great concept for updating a system. Gave them 5 stars for their tech support. Also, the product was simple to install and configure. I am highly impressed with this and the other Resolution products I've purchased. This translator does what the description says; the directions are written in plain English by someone who has actually used the product; the quality appears to be top notch. The DSC sensors report status as quickly now as they did before the translator was "proxying" to the new panel.
