Great flavor and works great! I use to take iron pills that always messed up my digestive system. In researching, I discovered this liquid iron. I have energy again and feel great! I have not felt like this in so long. My system is not messed up anymore, which I thought was "normal." It says to take on an empty stomach. I am an early riser, so I get up at 5am and drink through a straw (I take it four days a week) and then get ready for my workout. It does not bother my system for my workout, usually about an hour to an hour and a half, and then I have breakfast. I highly recommend this product!

Need an iron supplement, this one works well for me. It doesn't taste bad. If you can , take it along with citrus for better absorption. I'm on my 3rd bottle and will buy it again. Non constipation formula.

I've been purchasing this product for a few years now . And I can tell you that it works . I'm very anemic . Most of my life I was . Since I was little . I always have problems with anemia . During pregnancy was the worst. I've tried many many products and this on does the job . First of all it's glass bottle so that's great . It's easy to use with a cup size . Taste great with a little after Taste at the end but I do like it . Also has extra vitamins so that's a plus . After taking it for few days i feel a huge difference in the way I feel . More energy and way less fatigue. Hair stop falling like crazy and lines on my finger nails improve . Great quality. And yes ,it's pricy but it works it . I also give it to my kids 4 and up. Thank you for the product. I will be purchasing again .

I had to order twice since the first order was lost. but over all love it! it’s easy to take & the taste isn’t bad it’s like a fruity cranberry juice flavor almost. I haven’t experienced lots of energy like most reviews say but i do get small burst of energy in the mornings after taking it and then it stops. It do cause slight upset stomach when first starting. you will have to use the bathroom after taking it consistently. Also make sure youre drinking plenty water while taking.

It goes down smoothly. It does have the iron taste, but it is not unpleasant. I noticed a difference in my energy level when I took this, so I appreciate its effectiveness. The instructions on the bottle are clear. I think it is a good value. I appreciate the size of the bottle.

Came well packaged. A bit pricey but if you have low iron it’s worth the money . The taste is not unpleasant but does leave a slight taste in the mouth but with a sip of water it’s soon gone. It recommends taking it on an empty stomach but for those of us that have sensitive immune systems it’s better for me to take it after I have eaten my breakfast, it’s also Gluten Free for those of us that are Gluten intolerant . All in all I am quite pleased with this product, time will tell if it improves my iron levels. Many thanks Linda

I was excited for this product to arrive but unfortunately it has an allergen sulfites not listed in the description.

Very disappointed in this product. Contains cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin. Tastes absolutely awful, metallic. It's too liquid.
