Great for dry skin - my face (especially cheeks) have gone so dry and flakey after a laser treatment and has also become very sensitive to products and so I cant put heavy thick moisturisers on it for fear of breaking out, yet the dryness was becoming a real nuisance and driving me insane. Someone suggested this and its been a life saver! Just remember to water down as although glycerine helps moisturise if you dont dilute with water it will suck water out of your skin and make it dryer! I just put one drop on my hand and about a teaspoon water and splash on face and gently rub in. And then put jojoba oil over the top of it to seal it in. It does give your skin a slightly tacky feel and dewy look - so make sure you water down otherwise your hair will stick to your face. I'm also doing the same routine on my body.

I apply this with body lotion (CeraVe) on damp skin and it soaks in so nicely, leaving me with super soft skin. It's been a game changer for me.

Started using this a week ago and within two days I saw a major improvement in the dryness of my skin. After a few more days I also noticed the texture of my skin had gotten a lot smoother and the tone appeared more even and less red. I use 1-2 drops of glycerin in my moisturiser morning and night as I find that works best, I don’t recommend applying it straight to the face as it can be irritating to some people and becomes quite sticky. My only problem was at the end of the day my face did appear a little shiny but I just used less glycerin and that seemed to do the trick. Overall I really love this product and will continue to use it as it might be my new holy grail lol.

I have dead skin on my right because as a kid I got stuck with my wet hand in the freezer. The older I get the dryer the skin on my hand gets. Now it's no longer just the knuckles but the whole back of my hand & now the skin keeps breaking too. Last year I came across Pure Glycerine on Tiktok but for something completely unrelated & so I've tried it. But Pure Glycerine turned to be out a God sent. Since the very first use the usually alligator like skin on my hand is now soft & smooth. I also use it on my whole body & face. Please note that you should NOT use it on dry skin as it would first of all be way too sticky & could also have the opposite effect. Before I use it I dilute the Pure Glycerine. I heard suggestions of mixing it with the Rosewater that Nature Spell sells but personally I mix 1 part of the Pure Glycerine with 3 parts Nivea Micellar instead (or any other lovely smelling Micellar I can find) & then I add also a bit of a Coconut Body Oil. I add this all into a spray bottle & before every use I shake the bottle to ensure it's all mixed very well. The way I use it: After showering I spray it straight away on my body (on the very wet skin), hands, legs, & even my face. Then I rub it in like a body lotion. Once I'm done applying it I wait a minute or two before patting my skin dry with the towel. In the beginning with my hand I used it after washing my hand & left the hands soaking wet & then used just a small amount of the Pure Glycerine & used it like a hand gel & let it air dry. After that if my hands felt a bit too sticky I then wash them without any soap under warm water for a moment. I am so glad I found this because it locks in the moisture & my skin feels now so soft which it had not in many years. Especially the relief it's giving me with my hand is amazing. I am using the Pure Glycerine now for a bit over a year & I love love LOVE it. I would absolutely recommend this.
