Excellent product and you're getting what you pay for
OK so I waited a while before I wrote this review because its a supplement and needs time for an honest look. So in all honestly I felt that the effects of these vitamins were felt within the first few days of taking them. I noticed an improved general mood, despite some bad sleeping the last few days I've not been left completely non-functional (which is my norm) and my training has been a good constant level since being on the vits. I will compare these to those I was taken before which for a 28 day course cost £24.99 and from a 'bespoke' online retailer (VITL). Those 'vitamins' did nothing for me in general, I didn't feel any better taking them or when I skipped a few doses, my training suffered as a result of the fact that I've been on a cut for the last 8 weeks (So I swapped out half way through to Triumph) and genrally my sleep wasn't as good, I didn't feel rested and my mood fluctuated a lot. I've taken vitamins for the last 14 years. Some good some bad some just didn't seem to do anything at all (though don't get me wrong I'm not looking for massive reactions from my vitamins). Triumph does deliver some kicks to your purse strings, by far these are the most expensive pot of vits I've ever bought however, you are getting what you pay for in these guys. A very decent uplift in mood and a good general improvement to weight training and cardio outputs. When compared to other vitamins on the market I would say some will deliver an equally impressive mood booster (I've taken some where your urine turns so luminous going at night was like a Pink Floyd laser light show) and you're bouncing off the walls with happiness, but you're also taking 12 pills a day the size of a suppository. Conclusion, would I recommend? Yes Would I buy again? Yes Do I wish they were a bit cheaper? Yes, of course but I understand why they are not and I would rather have the quality.

What good are multivitamins?
What do multivitamins do besides give you neon atomic horse pee? I don't know. And I don't know anybody who really does. They say stuff like "it fills in holes in your diet," or "it's healthy," but nobody seems to truly know or be able to point to any noticeable difference between when they take them and when they don't. I think we all basically figure that we eat like crap, so let's pay $20 a month or so for something that might help mitigate that. I don't eat like crap, but I figure no matter what I do I will probably be missing something, so I throw in my twenty bucks and feel like I'm accomplishing something, though I don't notice anything different other than the aforementioned radioactive pee. I recently stumbled onto the Legion Triumph multivitamin. It's about double what I was paying, but I liked a lot of what Mike Matthews, founder of Legion Supplements, had to say. I still didn't really expect it to work, but I figured the worst that could happen was I would be out an extra 20 bucks for weird pee. For the people who like to whine about everything, there are a couple negligible inconveniences with this multivitamin. Yes, the taste isn't incredible, though I've never had a multivitamin that I would confuse with a gumdrop. It's a very slight taste and this issue can easily be remedied by swallowing quickly. If you can handle something on your tongue for less than five seconds that doesn't taste like fluffy cloud candy, you should be just fine. The smell, same. Again, it's very slight. If you don't like the smell, you can easily solve this by not sticking your nose in the bottle. Short of doing that, I've never noticed an odor to them at all. Also, yes, you have to take quite a few of them (four with lunch and four more with dinner *gasp!*). So if you don't have time in your busy schedule to take several pills every day, this may not be for you. But if you're an adult who can handle minor inconveniences without sobbing and soiling yourself, this multivitamin is definitely worth it. If you look at the list of ingredients and how much there is of each, you will quickly figure out why it requires so many pills. You may also notice, as I did, that you feel remarkably better when you take them. Like I said, I assumed these pills weren't going to work, so I'm not a victim of the placebo effect. I have a consistent stream of energy throughout the day and find my gym workout goes better, too. What I also noticed, which really surprised me, is how much better I started sleeping once I had been using this product for several days. I suck at a lot of things, but there are few I'm worse at than sleeping. My body is usually done at around four hours. Since taking Triumph, I've been sleeping seven to eight hours a night. I didn't even realize that was something a multivitamin could accomplish. If you have to snivel and gripe whenever things aren't exactly perfect, you may want to continue looking for a multivitamin. But if you can handle the minor issues of less-than-ideal-taste and smell, and having to take a lot of pills each day, I think you'll find the benefits are well worth it. I'm so glad I found this multivitamin and an investing my money in something that is actually benefiting me instead of just flushing money down the toilet. I did NOT receive this product at a discount price for an "honest review." I paid full price and will continue to do so happily and for the same reason I gave it five stars: it works.

Wow! Great for men in their 40’s!
This stuff is phenomenal! I’m 47 with a very active lifestyle. I’m gym, and run mostly every morning. I do Jiu Jitsu 2-3 times a week. I mountain bike, hike and live on great energy with great food. I’ve tried so many supplements and vitamins and I found this on accident since my Transparent Labs ran out of stock. My 1st Phorm was great and never complained, just pricey as always.. Looked into this brand and this is my first product from Legion. I am overwhelmed and amazed how these vitamins make me feel! It does say take 8 but I’m on day 3 and only take 4.. So not sure if it’s even better taking 8, but I’m pissing like a racehorse right now and it’s feeling great! Lol… Worth the buy, let’s see how I feel in a month or 2… THANK YOU LEGION! I’m definitely going to try their other stuff next!!

Best Multivitamin I've Ever Taken
I follow Mikes workout routine Bigger Leaner Stronger and it has done wonders for my fitness so when I heard he was setting up a nutrition company I was expecting like all the others. His face or name on a bottle and some company selling it on his behalf with sawdust padding out the ingredients, but when delving deeper I saw that this may be the only supplement you may have to take ever (except for Fish/Krill Oil) Have been thinking to pull the trigger on this for a while, was always thinking the price was a little steep and the number of pills was excessive (recommended 8 per day) but when you take into the account the number of vitamins in here that you would never find in any other one on the market you would be looking at paying at least 5 times this to do so and none have the mental supplements in them, just my bottle of Aswhanga for a month cost me 15 pounds. Have been taking them for 2 weeks now and can feel a slight improvement in mood, more energy at the gym and at better sense of well being but ultimately these are not like the limitless pills so don't expect to gain superpowers or anything l but I would highly recommend these for all the benefits mentioned above, the pills are not as big as some have stated perhaps they were in the last batch they are not softgels and have a powder substance inside them but they are very easy to swallow and have no problem doing so every day and breakfast and lunch. Just ordered my second case for next month.

Game changing supplement that dramatically improves 1) Energy 2) Mood and 3) Sleep - amazing...
I decided to try Triumph based on all the strong reviews and I've been using it for about 11 days now. It truly is amazing and I've had some great benefits. Pros: 1) Better Mood: Triumph has definitely helped my overall state of mind and I seem to be more positive and in less of a fog in the mornings, for sure. I'd say it has improved my mood by about 30%. 2) More Energy: I am able to really go at it at work and in the gym and get home at 8PM and still have enough energy to get more done. I'd say it has improved my energy by about 20% or possibly even more. 3) Much Better Sleep: I stopped taking sleeping potions to get me to sleep at night for the 1st time in maybe 20 years. I used to drink Night quill every night for about 15 years- Yes, I know that is really bad... and then I started taking a supposedly safer alternative 95% of the evenings the past 5 years to get me to sleep. Well, Triumph has enabled me to COMPLETELY STOP taking sleeping pills/potions for the 1st time in a few decades... which is fantastic. Triumph somehow gives me more energy during the day BUT it also makes me VERY, VERY TIRED at about 11pm when I want to go to sleep which is amazing. I also wake up less during the night. I had tried the Legion Lunar sleeping aid in the past - only for a few days but I did not really notice any improvement in sleep. Triumph, on the other hand, knocks me out at the right sleeping time every night - fantastic and amazing. Cons: 1) Gas. I had read many the reviews complaining of the garlic burps but I did not experience those. Instead, I started farting like a machine in the mornings. Loud, booming - Viral YouTube type farts that I had to share with my wife, of course. :) Well, that lasted for a few days but it has ceased the past 4 days or so. I don't know why and I don't really care - this supplement is a keeper. Conclusion: easily the best supplement I have ever purchased and I realized benefits within 4 days of taking it. I will definitely get my wife to try it and perhaps even my son. Congrats on developing a game changing supplement that will benefit thousands. I am actually grateful you guys created this supplement. Keep up the fantastic work!
