Not what I was expecting
I misread the fine print. I wanted the actual Potatoe Pearls that are little pearl shape. This is more like a powder. They are ok, but not as good as the actual pearls.

Not really “pearls”
These are not actually potato pearls - they are flakes. I was very disappointed and there is no way to return this item. Total waste of money!
