Great motor, smooth operation, just a little trial and error getting it right on the install 2010 Navigator

The part took longer than expected to get here so I was pretty disappointed. However, it was the most reasonably priced part and it was easy for my mechanic to put on. So I did get my Expedition back the next day after the part arrived. I would use this store again and just know that it is slower that estimated shipping sometimes.

You must take off the running board to install. There are great videos out there with very helpful tips. 4 bolts hold the running board on. Lower them first. The tricky part is setting the wedge key into the slot. Trial and error. That’s why I rated it 4 stars for easy to install. Two people would be helpful because you have to open or close the door to actuate the motor and have another at the wire connector to unplug when everything lines up. Then a couple of crew drivers to push the key up and in place and it will actually fall into place. Then tighten the lock bolt.
