Doesn't charge. After initial use, the battery simply died. Waste of money.

Not as powerful as it says. Broke in about a month. Pay up for a real wand. This is just a cheap piece of crap.

Product did not work after first charge

Bought this item before and was great! Had to order another and the one we got only works for 5 mins after a full charge =(I would definitely test this product as SOON as it arrives in case you need to return it or exchange it.Hopefully you get one that holds a charge for more then 5 mins and don't have to deal with the hassle of returning.

For one this product did not come with ANY instructions so it took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to plug it in. I went to charge it until the light stopped blinking and nothing happened. I don't even know if I'm pressing the right buttons because THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS. After pressing the two buttons on the front for 10 minutes I give up. For being over 30.00 I expected this product to at least turn on. I will be returning for a full refund. And no one paid me for this review.
