Very well made product

The interior cover in our car needed a new look. I was first looking at replacing the actual covers for new one's, but came across this Vinyl Wrap product. I've never done Vinyl wrap. However I did like how it looked from the reviews and the price looked reasonable as well. So I decided to give it a try and glad I did. It looks AWESOME! 😁👍 One thing to keep in mind is what many reviewers have mentioned "Vinyl Wrapping takes patience". I could not agree more. I watched a few "youtube" videos of persons doing actual Vinyl wraps while providing tips, techniques and to be patient. That help me to better understand how I needed tackle the curved areas and corners. I also bought a Vinyl Wrap Tool kit and I already had a heat gun at home which did help as well and as mentioned in the reviews and the videos I watched. I look forward to doing more Vinyl wraps. 😁👍🛒

This was my second wrapping, my first was with a different wrap for my spoiler and it came out pretty good. This one I used for my center council. The wrap is kinda thick and I liked that because that means it's easyer to work with. You can heat it up and stretch it without tearing it. You need a heat gun or hair dryer. I used a heat gun and it worked great. I layed it in place then stretched it into place. I then worked out the bubbles and wrinkles. I recommend this wrap because it has shine and looks good and you can work with it. The only con I see is the adhesive does not hold good in corners around my radio cutout. But I am not a pro so maybe I just need the practice to get it to work. But I am very happy with the final outcome. I will submit a picture of it finished and installed later. Update: I added pictures after install. Looks good just dont like the corners as you can see in the pictures. But I think its just my inexperience on wrapping.

I got this carbon fiber wrap in today and put it on my trunk lid. Previous it had some old stripes on it that I got off with the heat gun, problem is that the paint chipped and started to spread. So I figured this would go along well with my Camaro 2SS since I’ve already got a carbon fiber hood. Absolutely easiest install I’ve done in ages. I did take the trunk lid indoors tho and use my heat gun lightly to soften the vinyl and check for air pockets at the end. Once I saw this was sold by CK wraps it a done deal lol ✅

Overall, good product. I decided to wrap rather than spend a lot of money on real carbon fiber pieces. Adhesion is not as sticky as I was hoping, however, after heating it up with a heat gun it was very easy to stretch and work with. I highly recommend getting a heat gun and letting the wrap heat up more than you think. It took a few tries before I finally got the results I wanted, but depending on how picky you are, it may not be as tedious. Wrapping is a timely process and is not as easy as it seems. I recommend watching some videos or doing your own research before attempting.

It looks great but the clear film that gives the vinyl a gloss finish peeled right off, leaving a matte carbon fiber finish behind.

Good quality and ease of installation. I would buy again.

You got one chance at getting it right. It sticks so fast and will stick to itself very easily and then it's ruined. And it is very not bubble free if you got bubbles the only way to get rid of them is to pke a hole on it.

Old vinyl.....so much shrinkage around the edges about 4mm indicating its Old stock and not going to last its designed lifespan now. Very tightly wound and impossible to unwind straight...again to cut.....been wound for a very very long time....see shrinkage above comment. Tack is questionable...again based on I know its old stock.....I work with these type of products for the last 30 years being in the trade. Total bin job....unusable. Appearance is that of any 5d product..... spend the extra money on some stek dyno carbon from spandex

Wrong size but exceptional quality and pattern

Having read some negative reviews from others, I decided to try this product anyway. I can only conclude that the negative reviews are due to users inexperience with vinyl wrapping and/or the users incompetence. This product worked well for me on a quite tricky and angled surface. The product when used PROPERLY looks like genuine glossy carbon fibre, and it is far superior to others sold online. Adhesion is OK, and stretches well when heated properly (using a hair dryer is best as not to burn or melt it). Patience and planning is the key to using this product correctly. In conclusion, I would definitely buy this product again should I require more.
