It it super ground, goes down easily, and though it still has that strong oniony taste will not make you gag like previous versions. It does keep the bowels going. Be mindful though that the cleansing program takes roughly 3 long months to do.

I use it for a detox routine - The Colon Sweep. It is very effective used correctly and according to the directions. I used to use this stuff back in the '90's, and I can tell you that this version is very much improved. It it super ground, goes down easily, and though it still has that strong oniony taste will not make you gag like previous versions. It does keep the bowels going.
