EXCELLENT B-VITAMIN & FOLATE PROFILE (MTHFR FRIENDLY) For anyone managing the MTHFR gene variant, the form of your vitamins matters. The bioavailable folate and Vitamin B profile in Essentia is fantastic. The only other supplement I have to add to my routine for my MTHFR condition is Methyl-Guard, which is specifically tailored to bring my homocysteine levels down (most people won’t need that addition, and I'll review it separately). For a baseline daily multi, Essentia handles the heavy lifting beautifully. BOTTOM LINE If you want a science-backed, clean, well-rounded multivitamin that covers your bases in a single daily pill—without the harsh aftertaste—this is worth every penny.

I have been taking these for a few months now and these vitamins have helped increase my daily energy levels. I no longer feel sluggish or fatigued mid day. The vitamins themselves are a bit big but with a full mouth of water they are not too bad to swallow. I usually take them after dinner, before I go to bed and have not had any problems with constipation or an upset stomach. Quality of the vitamin itself is great, I love that these are dye free, gluten free, and vegetarian.

I'm not sure if i would get it on Amazon again, i've just heard too many thing like they are fake, blah blah blah, but this is actually shipped from the company and came in a company box.
