ステンレスフライパンを初めて使ってみたが、せいろを初めて使った時と同じくらい料理の質が格段に上がった。シルバーの感じも気分上がるし、なにより炒め物がこんなに美味しくなるんだっていう感想になる。自分も1番焦げつくのを心配したが、YouTubeなどでステンレスフライパンの使い方や焦げつかないための準備を見ることによって問題なかった。多少焦げ付いても料理後にすぐ洗えば取れました。
