The other five are still using manual pushcarts but are considering upgrading to a Motocaddy. ### ⭐ Failed early and service is complicated *by K***S on September 5, 2022* Less than 6 months in and with very little use my M7 stopped working. It just randomly shut down in the middle of the round. The single service center in the US is responsive but it is still a major hassle to get it fixed. They told me it is likely the control box, sent me a replacement with no instructions. There is no relevant video or manual to be found on the internet and it looks like I have to take out 14 screws to access that box. Also, the UK mothership says this *might* void the warranty, and that’s probably why there is no video out there. Looks like I will have to send the whole thing in now. Bottom line is I will be without a cart for multiple weeks. I have lost trust in this product and it’s practical serviceability in the US.
