## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great beginner machine
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 August 2021*

Bought for my 7 year old Grandaughter, within half an hour of learning how to thread, she was sewing her first project. Great little safe machine for little fingers, particularly like the finger guard. Also ideal for adults & small projects. More than happy!

### ⭐ One of the worst gifts I have ever bought
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 January 2022*

It looked pretty and my granddaughter is desperate to sew. I thought this would be the ideal gift for a started aged 9. However reality was very different. The machine just fails to sew more than a few stitches without the thread getting knotted and in a jumble. I have been sewing for many many years and I was not expecting this to work like an adult machine but I did at least expect it to work in some way. I have spent two very frustrating afternoons trying all sorts of things to make it sew, like changing tension, threading and re-threading the machine and changing needle and threads used but nothing has made it any better. The only thing that has happened is that it has put my granddaughter off sewing. I hope I can rekindle her enthusiasm by letting her loose with my machine. I would not recommend this in any way at all. I have nothing good to say except it looks pretty!

### ⭐⭐⭐ Disappointing fault.
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 November 2025*

This was bought as a present for Christmas- thankfully decided to get it out of the box to check it over . Found that the socket for the plug for the foot pedal was defective and so the plug wouldn’t stay in and therefore it couldn't be used. Item was returned for refund.
