EXCELLENT KEY REPLACEMENT GOOD QUALITY AND EASY TO CHANGE

Bought this for my Ford transit connect 2007 van. Programmed ok and worked briefly. Found that the battery wouldn't stay seated. Ordered another which worked for 3 days and then stopped. Replaced battery, worked for another 2 days and stopped again. If you need a new fob that only lasts a couple of days this is the item for you! If not these are total rubbish, avoid! Update: after having it cut, it opens the lock but won't start the engine. The van must look to recognise authentic Ford keys, total waste of money.

You have to get it programmed at main dealer.

Works as described good key replacement.

Returned item as the cost to have it synchronised with my car was the same cost for locksmith to replace new key.

Compared to the original keys, these are poor quality. There are no sealing gaskets, so water can get into the electronics. The retention of the battery in place is poor; so it can come loose, and needs the key splitting to reseat it. One of the keys remote buttons work 90% of the time, the other keys only 10%. The retention of the key blade onto the remote is also poor, with the key blade sometimes remaining in the ignition. Hopefully it won't fall off when I'm carrying my keys!

Sono riuscita a programmare la chiave per aprire l’auto seguendo un tutorial. Il tasto di apertura è immediato per quello della chiusura bisogna cliccare più volte, però sono soddisfattissima.

Super Ware

La llave tiene dos partes: El espadín que en este caso es plano (y no permite abrir la puerta o encender el vehículo ya que es genérico) y la carcasa con los botones de apertura remota (ya viene con una pila). a. Reemplace el espadín estándar con el espadín correcto antiguo en la carcasa. b. Introduzca la llave al contacto del auto y haga contacto cuatro veces hasta que suene un pitido. c. Pulse cualquier botón del mando. d. Abra y cierre la puerta del auto y.... YA FUNCIONA EL MANDO REMOTO ;-) IMPORTANTE: Para que la llave permita encender el coche es necesario colocar el chip de la carcasa antigua en la nueva (El chip es una pequeña pieza negra que se puede extraer y colocar)

Clée fonctionnelle après reprogrammation de la télécommande puis chez un cordonnier taille + copie de la puce. Aspect moins qualitatif que l originale mais très bien pour le prix. A voir dans le temps
