Is anyone esle having issues with the seller not shipping their item? Ordered November 29th and it still hasn't shipped...

Yes I have problem with this seller and Amazon … I ordered on Jan26 for delivery no later than Feb 9 … item never shipped and seller never responded to messages… not part of Amazon A to Z guarantee so not eligible for refund by Amazon … keep changing delivery dates and can’t get refund… trying to file fraud thru my credit card company to get refund that way … very angry that Amazon allows fraudulent sellers like this to stay on thier site … see 1 star reviews cause this happens a lot with this seller and Amazon says not seller fault What a scam
