What size hole do you have to drill to insert unit into the wall?

Anywhere from an inch to inch and a half maximum. All you really need is a hole large enough for the brass fitting to pass through.

Will this work to replace black tank flush inlet?

No it won’t. The city water valve has a back flow device in it that will restrict the water flow into the black tank. It must be black tank flus Valve.

Does it include butyl tape?

It did not.....I used the butyl gasket from the old inlet check valve to install the new.

Is the face size and screw hole pattern on face same as B&B (no black available)?

Yes, it's actually B&B. But it will cover the original holes if you need to rotate it for any reason to include original holes being stripped out and you don't want to plug and reuse them. Use butyl tape when installing.

Parfaite pièce de remplacement

La pièce est identique à ma pièce d'origine sur mon Thor Tellaro 2023 Ram Promaster. Quand je partais la pompe à eau l'eau giclait dehors au lieu de sortir par mes robinets. J'ai mis un bouchon sur ma city fill valve en attendant de recevoir cette pièce. Ça m'a bien dépanné. Valve facile à installer, ça prend 5 minutes et tout est réglé. Je recommande donc

The fitting is brass and not plastic.

The RecPro RV city water inlet is an excellent product. Because it is made of brass and not all plastic will not crack and split. Installation is a breeze. In my opinion it is well worth the money.

No seal strip, good quality!

Very good quality, however, will give 3 stars because it does not come with the seal strip to mount on the trailer. All the city water connections you buy from store and even here at Amazon comes with the putty seal strip to assembly on the trailer. I had to go at an RV parts store to get the seal and wrap all over the connection and then screw into the trailer.
