Assembly instructions are a bit misleading...there are 3 rods (long, medium, short) and I had to transpose item B (medium ) with item C (short), to ensure the fabric that the shoes sit on was tight. Once you figure that outing the first layer, the rest of the assembly is all repeating. The straps on the bottom of the outside fabric are useless and tore right off when I tried to tied to down.
