I have noticed an improvement in the condition of my hair since I have been using these higher strenth tablets and so has some faily members .I have lost my hair twice since a child due to operations and it has always come back thin. I started taking sea kelp supplements as a child namely to help with a throid condition, but I never noticed a major improvement in my hair untill I've been using this higher dose. This particular brand is great value compared to the last I had. Firstly the tablets are essy to swallow and you get alot more of them. Not that it matters to the product or it's performance, but I was suprised at the size of it's bottle I was expecting something bigger but it is quite small. I absolutely reccomend tese to anyone who has thinning hair or an underactive thyroid.

In a nutshell, I'm about three months into taking these now and, if I'm being completely honest, I can't say I've noticed any obvious difference so far. I was hoping I'd notice any changes to energy or general wellbeing in particular, but nothing has stood out yet. That said, supplements like this aren't necessarily something I'd expect to produce a dramatic difference quickly, so I'm interested to see whether the benefits become more noticeable with longer-term use. In terms of side effects, I've had absolutely no issues taking them and haven't experienced any unwanted effects, so for the time being I'm quite happy to continue and see how I get on over the next few months. Not a miracle supplement based on my experience so far, but equally I haven't found any reason to stop taking it.

Does really seem to have good effect on my nails and skin seems less dry and itchy. My nails use to peel terribly especially when washing lots. Now much stronger and hardly any peeling after 2 or 3 months use. Not sure about hair as my hair was fast growing anyway. Def worth a try to see if helps any issues may have.

Purchased to help with fibromyalgia pain and I must say I have felt a huge improvement in my pain levels so very pleased.

So I saw this programme about cows being given seaweed to reduce their flatulence and save the planet. Well i'm not trying to save the planet but would like to save my other half from constant night time dutch ovening. It's been a little over a week now and I have to say I have not noticed a reduction in my farts. Maybe it works for the cows but it sure ain't helping my gassy ass.
