I love this thing
I love this thing. Cools for about four hours, then needs a short while at room temperature (less time if you put it in the fridge).There are no english-language directions, so here's what I did (which worked great):Remove the white cap.Carefully empty the enclosed packet of crystals into the pad.Fill the pad about half-full of cool tap water (no more than half-full!).Replace the white cap.Wait until the crystals & water turn to gel (about five minutes).Sit on or use as a cooling pack or pillow!When the pad gets warm, put it in the fridge or lay it on a flat surface for 30 minutes until it's cool again.Works indefinitely.The water/crystals/gel DO NOT need refreshing. DO NOT try to change the water!For anyone who has this concern: it really does hold the weight it advertises!I'm really very happy and am buying a couple more.
