Can I use this on straight hair

Yes it won’t turn straight hair curly but I would pick a brush from their range for straight hair.

I have fine and fragile 3b curly hair. is this the right brush for me or should i choose their ultimate detangler?

I have fine natural curly . I love this brush so much I bought my sister one. I find it perfect for my hair.

Can you use this every day on dry hair too or is it only for wet use?

I think it depends on you hair texture. I have curly hair so use generally when wet. I have used it on my hair once when dry as was wearing hair straight but preferred by usual brush as the tangle teaser is a bit scratchy on your scalp.
