And I'm not talking about a mild annoying headache, but an almost migraine headache. Comparing the ingredients, I found this one without the iodine, copper, molybdenum and triglycerides. It's hard to say how or if these help, but I'm sure we are missing some of these critical components in our daily diets. There's just too much research and studies showing this to be true.
