How do I choose between the 27”, 35”, and 47” ball pits based on kids' age, number of children, and ball capacity?

27" ages <3, space-saving, holds 300 balls (2.2"). 35"roomy for 1 child of any age, holds 500 balls. 47" equals half of a standard US Full/Double bed (54" wide), requires ample room at home; best for 2+ kids, holds 1000 balls.

Can the cover be removed for cleaning?

Yes. The cover is detachable with a zipper opening and can be machine washed for easy care.

Is it normal for the ball pit to have a smell when first opened? Is it safe for children?

Yes, it’s normal. Due to vacuum sealing, the foam may have a natural smell. Simply air it out, and the smell will fade. Our ball pit is CPSIA certified and safe for children.

Is it normal for the foam to turn yellow? How should I care for it?

Yes. The foam will yellow slightly due to exposure to air and light, but this does not affect its safety or quality. It is non-toxic and harmless to children. To prolong its life, store the foam away from damp or humid environments.

The baby ball pit isn't round when first opened. What should I do?

Don't worry! Fill with pillows or blankets for a few hours to restore its shape. Kids can still play during this time.
