After reaching how bad melatonin is for children, I had to find something to help my son settle down at bedtime. 4 drops into a small amount of drink and he doesn't know it's there. I did NOT try the drops directly into his mouth bc 1. It doesn't smell very yummy 2. He refuses to take ANYTHING. I give it 30 minutes before bedtime and within another 30 minutes he's usually asleep or at least settled instead of doing flips all over the bed for 1 to 2 hrs

These are flower essences.. I make sure to tell my toddler that these are her sleepy drops and what they’re going to do to help her work with the energy. Could it be placebo? Sure. But I also know it helps to keep the intention while using energy medicine. Some are definitely more receptive and you may not even need a cue. I can definitely tell a difference between when we use them and when we don’t. No side effects, doesn’t necessarily keep her asleep longer, but it helps to get her down which is all I can ask for!

So far we love this product. We have tried a few all natural sleep aids for our kids & this one is by far our fav. It’s around the same price as the others but more doses, which is ironic because of how small the bottle is. 😆 the taste is tolerable my kids enjoy it. They have a restful night of sleep- go to bed 10pm wake up around 7:20!

My son has trouble sleeping, so I gave this a try… it did nothing at all! Coincidentally, he’s been sleeping worse than before. Obviously this has nothing to do with the product, but my point is it didn’t help aid his sleep even a little bit. Perhaps it works for some and not for others, but I personally would not recommend.

It made no difference with my toddler at first but I realized you can double the dose and it works now but have to start it an hour or so before bed.

Works well. Wake up okay.

I have bought bach remedies my entire life and I love them. These remedies work best when they are used repeatedly. If you use it one day and stop then you will not see the results you are looking for. This item does not contain alcohol, as it is for kids. It uses glycerin, making it sweet and child friendly. If you child has trouble sleeping due to restlessness or anxiety, then this product will help quite a bit. Just remember this is a sleep aid and it is not meant to put your child to sleep.

These drops have helped my son sleep so much better. He’s a light sleeper and moves a lot, these drops truly help him have better nights. Not perfect, but definitely helpful.
