This is THE most delicious Soy sauce I’ve ever tasted. It called Spicy Soy Sweet. simply amazing. Very good with Chinese needles and dumplings. You must try it. I’m hooked.

Really super tasty and great. Just make sure to shake it. It has a sweet robust flavor while also a lot of umami and spiciness. The mix ratio of the oil/chili/soy/brown sugar is great. This is a good base sauce to add with other things like ginger, garlic, onions, etc. It also pairs well with adding a little extra sesame oil, seeds, and Chinese vinegar. It was so good that we actually ordered extra just to have. **Update: After using it for a few dishes, It hit my why this was very nostalgic. It taste like the drippings you get from Chinese BBQ Char Siu. I grew up in an Asian household so once a month my mom would bring us to the Asian store and order Chinese BBQ with a bunch of extra ramakins of Char Siu drippings and Ginger Scallion sauce to have with our BBQ. While not exactly that since it's missing a little bit of the pork fat rendering into the flavor, the rest of the sauce is a perfect match for the recipe used at the local BBQ that's been open for 35 years here in the south east. It really does hit a nice nostalgia button.

This sauce has a great flavor and I appreciate the new lid design. No leaking in the packaging before opening it. While some may consider the pour spout too big, it's a lot better than the previous design! Keep up great work in improving the bottle design and for the love of all things holy do not mess with the recipe (especially the ginger soy.)

Hello, Fellow Hungry Hungry Human! Are you here because (like me until 2 days ago) you are & have been Big Sad ever since the 6-piece frozen Bibigo Soup Dumpling trays with the tasty lil sauce packet included went TikTok Viral and have been TOTALLY SOLD OUT ever since? 😭 😫 I sure was. I hadn't seen a tray for sale in OVER A MONTH and I was in major need of some comfort food and had just struck out at the Giant Suburban Location of my Preferred Supermarket (you know, the one that usually has EVERYTHING in stock and fancy cheese on deep discount) and then the clouds parted and a giant sunbeam broke through and illuminated a bag in front of me and I realized this location carries BULK BIBIGO SOUP DUMPLING BAGS so naturally I bought two on the spot, rushed home, opened one of the bags up for a lil snack... BUT THERE WAS NO SAUCE 😭 Of course, I did try looking up a recipe and making my own but... I just ended up eating the dumplings plain 🙃 they were still tasty... much better than just "edible" but NOT what I was craving. I still had a bag and 3/4 left so I decided to order the best-reviewed [sweet] dumpling sauce on Amazon and it was CLEARLY this Dumpling Daughter so I ordered the 8oz bottle just in case and the next day it was at my doorstep. I heated up 3 test dumplings and shook up the bottle real good like the directions say to and - oh, honey - as soon as that thick sauce started oozing over the steamy dumplings I grabbed the bag back out the freezer and started 6 more 😆 THIS SAUCE IS EVERYTHING: salty but not too salty, sweet but not too sweet, with the perfect amount of chilli oil 🤤 🤤 🤤 🤤 🤤 I had to give myself a little self-control pep talk after I finished the six dumplings... I REALLY wanted to keep stuffing my face. I wasn't hungry AT ALL I just wanted to keep tasting the awesome richness of this sauce with the explosion of delicate broth from inside dumpling after dumpling. My stress melted away on luxurious wave after wave of hot soup laced with sauce. My only "regret" is not ordering the 16 of oz bottle right away ... but that's an easy fix 😉 I'm just telling you that so you don't make the same mistake! Stop reading the reviews already and order your bottle before somebody tells TikTok about Dumpling Daughter! You're welcome 😊

This is the absolute best pot-sticker/dumpling/all-around sauce I've ever tasted! I fried up some pot-stickers and tried it, and ooh-la-la, I could not stop eating them! Not too sweet. Not too spicy. Every bite produces a burst of flavor that will tickle your tummy with joy! I could have literally drank it right out of the bottle! Yes, it's that good! I used it with some butter to fry up some salmon and oh my gosh... I didn't know salmon could taste that good! I had read some of the bad/neutral reviews and was a little hesitant to order it, but boy am I glad I did! I think the majority of the bad reviews were from people who fail to shake it properly prior to use. HINT: Before shaking it, I tip the bottle upside down and hold it there for a good ten seconds. That allows all the "goodness" from the bottom work its way to the top... then I start shaking it for an additional few seconds before serving... make sure the cap is on tight! Trust me... you want to order this stuff and at least try it. After you do, I'll just say in advance... "You're welcome!"

No spills or leakage of product. I gave it 3 stars because of all the oil about 2 ounces floating on top. I did not like the oil in the flavor so I used a syringe https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LWX4FEC?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2 to syphon of the oil flavor changed to good. Then I added a little soy sauce, ground red pepper flakes and vinegar then it was perfect for my taste.

Ordered this trepidatiously, but have loved using this sauce. It has been my go-to drizzle for almost all kinds of grilling. It adds a hit of umami to all stir fries, but have added a drizzle to burgers, grilled chicken, grilled zucchini, and steaks. It gets beautifully caramelized when added after that first flip when grilling. I have used it as a dipping sauce for gyoza and dumplings, sometime mixing in a little seasoned rice wine vinegar, garlic and ginger to brighten it for dipping, but it is also great just out of the bottle. Put a little drizzle on some grilled shrimp tacos. DO SHAKE it - it separates, but one reason it works well is the sesame oil in it, I think.
