Junk
Bought this because my daughter has one in Atlanta. Works great for them in the heat. Stays on the windshield and doesn't vibrate.I use it once and the closing mechanism craps out on me.I am outside the window of return, so I'm stuck with something that will not hold the phone. Grrr...

Great universal mount
Very happy with this universal mount. I use it at my home-office and in the office when working at my desk. After a month of use still working very well.

Not having to hold the phone.
Finally bought one and I LOVE it! Wasn't hard to mount in the car and holds very well, now I don't have to search for my phone all the time.

Kind of works
I bought this car mount about 4 months ago. I put it on my windshield after I bought it and it has not moved since, so in that regard it definitely works much better than other car mounts that I have had. However, whenever I drive over a bump or a little pot hole, the piece that keeps the phone locked in loosens up. Sometimes my phone falls and that can be really dangerous especially if I'm on the highway. My phone is on the smaller side (iphone se) so there really shouldn't be any problem with holding the phone.

Not for the cold weather.
It simply doesn't hold well to the windshield when it's cold outside.

Not realiable
The thing broke after a month and a few weeks. Not very happy.

Doesn’t hold up
Wouldn’t stay on windshield even after cleaning with alcohol, springs that tighten would only go so far and the. Release in the middle of driving creating a safety hazard and lots of frustration.
