Plug and Play - Bob's your uncle
This is an excellent and inexpensive alternative to Furrion. My travel trailer is camera-ready with Furrion and I installed this device and it's just plug and play - Bob's your uncle!

Surprisingly nice unit
Well-built and so very easy to install. I had a question regarding installation and customer service was wonderful. I actually got someone on the third ring who was very nice to deal with. I'd give more thumbs-up if I could.

Good product, easy setup, but there are a few issues. A handyman probably won't have any issues, but you may need Home Depot
First, this is a really good product which is easy to set up. It works just fine, once you get it installed. My installation time was about 1 hour. Having said that, there are a few issues:1. The product, as delivered, cannot be installed on anything. Let me be specific: it is not physically possible to install it with the tools provided and standard, everyday home tools. The issue: You need a particular sized allen wrench. I would expect the average person to have a Phillips screwdriver, but not everybody is going to have a selection of allen wrenches available. Without the allen wrench, you can't remove the camera from it's mounting bracket which means it cannot be mounted.2. Little quibble, but the photographs doesn't exactly match the installation. Specifically, there are two different antennas, one is smaller with two grooves at the top and can be mounted in pretty much any angle. The other is a slightly longer, pointed end and has a fixed 90 degree bend. The diagram shows the smaller antenna with the two grooves at the end mounted on the camera, and the longer antenna mounted on the display. That's backwards -- the longer antenna must be mounted on the camera because there isn't room between the camera and it's mounting bracket for the other camera.3. Last quibble -- Once installed, it would be nice if the camera could be mounted at any vertical angle. Unfortunately, the bracket restricts the camera mount to either 0 degrees to about -30/35 degrees, then another range from about -55/-60 degrees to -90 degrees. So you can basically look down from the camper, or you can look backwards, but you can't cover both downward and backwards

Good daylight use system, Furrion bracket needs to be MUCH better
This is an updated review. I have been in contact with a 4UCam customer service rep who addressed my previous comments to my satisfaction.Pros: (1) Never lost the wireless signal. I only have a 20' trailer behind a midsize SUV, but I never lost signal at any speed. (2) Worked very well as a backup camera, and as an observation camera during most of my 11 hour drive. (3) Simple to use, nice size display. Wired the camera to my running lights with no problem. The manual that came with it was actually pretty good regarding how to install the camera on an existing Furrion mount.Cons: (1) The Furrion mounting bracket needs another 1/4-1/2" offset (space between the bracket and the RV) to be useful, otherwise you risk breaking the antenna off. I couldn't rotate the camera where I wanted it. For $2 I replaced the M4 bolts with longer ones and put in some washers and that took care of the problem. (2) This could be a problem with every camera, but the night vision while driving was not that good. All you see are blooms of light and you don't know what's behind you. (3) Advertised as having as sun-block feature on 4UCam's website. I expected this on this camera purchased on Amazon's website, but this capability is not advertised on Amazon's site, so...if it's on this camera, it doesn't work. Driving with the sun low behind you washes out everything. Two words of caution (unrelated to the camera itself). (1) The top two screws on the existing Furrion mount were covered in RV sealant. If you don't remove all of the sealant you risk stripping the top screws because you'll just be turning them in place; they won't back out if there's sealant keeping them from doing so. (2) When you put the bracket onto the existing Furrion gasket and screw it back in to the RV, the gasket may not sit flat against the RV. You may need some sealant along the top of the gasket in addition to putting sealant in the wiring hole.

Could not be any easier to install
I ordered the kit with the Furrion mounting bracket in June 2020. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that the wire connection for the camera is now also 100% compatible with the existing pre-installed Furrion wiring on my new travel trailer. No wire cutting or splicing was necessary. The camera plugged/snapped right in to the existing wire and it is short enough to not be in the way or hang down. I did wrap some electrical tape around the connection for additional protection against moisture but I believe it would probably be fine without it.I read several reviews where people complained that the camera antenna and/or RV tail lights interfere with the mounting and may limit the options for the angles you can mount the camera in but that is not the case. You can remove the screws that are used for setting the angle and reattach them using different holes in the mounting bracket which gives you several options for placement and camera angle. That along with the Furrion adapter bracket should allow this to fit on any RV, or at least any RV that is pre-wired for a Furrion camera. After mounting the camera, I plugged the monitor in to my truck's 12v lighter socket, turned my head lights on, and the picture showed up in a few seconds. Everything was working right out of the box. No pairing necessary.I have only used the camera for a very short time but my initial impression is very good. The picture quality is "good", maybe not excellent but good. It's at least as good as my F150 backup camera anyway. And the installation is as about easy as it gets, so yes, I would highly recommend this product.
