The best honey I have ever had! Still a very good question for the producers: Why this honey is not crystallized? If all the natural honey do that? Considering that this honey is the most targeted for being counterfeit, this question is probably the only one that I can think.

Ich nutze diesen Manuka-Honig seit einiger Zeit regelmäßig und bin begeistert. Der Honig hat eine schöne, cremige Konsistenz und einen aromatischen, leicht herben Geschmack, der sich angenehm von normalen Honigen abhebt. Die Honignote ist intensiv, ohne zu süß zu sein, und der warme Nachgeschmack bleibt lange im Mund. Qualität und Wirkung: Der Honig wirkt hochwertig und naturbelassen. Die MH-Nummer (Monofloral/UMF/ MGO) ist für mich ein wichtiges Kriterium – je höher, desto besser fühlt man sich von der Qualität versichert. Er schmeckt pur aufs Brot, zu Tee oder einfach als Löffel direkt aus dem Glas. Bei kleinen Erkältungen oder Halsweh hat mir eine kleine Portion oft gut getan. Verpackung: Die Dose ist stabil, gut zu schließen und die Etikettierung gibt klare Informationen zu UMF/MGO-Wert. Das Flasche lässt sich hygienisch wieder verschließen, was mir wichtig ist. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Manuka-Honig ist tendenziell teurer als gewöhnlicher Honig, aber die Intensität des Aromas und die potenziellen gesundheitlichen Vorteile rechtfertigen für mich den höheren Preis.
