Product is good but the delivery packaging is substandard
The major downside has been the delivery packing. Earlier bottles were nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. Because they are glass bottles they need extra care and extra cushion protection. For last two times one of the three bottles ordered has always been delivered in a shattered condition as they are only wrapped in a single piece of brown paper. Proper care towards packing is necessary. The Amazon customer care was considerate enough to acknowledge and provide the replacement. She provided necessary help. Product wise it's a decent product. My parents have been consuming it for quite a few years now. 4-5 stars for the product 1-2 stars for delivery packing

There is a taste difference from natural sugar. I hate this.
Taste is different from sugar Its sweet but with some abnormal taste I am used to some other sugar substitute from nature, which is excellent, so i hate this product from nature

Nice product for diabetic person
Dear team/reader, The packaging of this product should be improved as the it is partially made of glass. When I received this product in the morning, I went to home and opened the box. At the bottom of one jar, I saw big scratches. Carefully I removed the product and in the process, it broke. So be careful while removing the bubbles package.

Seal is half opened
Packaging is great, but when I unpacked the product, very disappointingly I found the Seal is half-opened. Don't know if the product is genuine or not. No guarantee.
