Small Terracotta Sunny Mask Wall Hanging. Hand made Sun mask wall sculpture. The face has no glaze at all, the ray part of the sun has a pretty Caribbean blue colored glaze that "pools" in the recess areas of the textured spiral motifs and is from original sculpture by G M Austin, as signed on the back of this piece made of terracotta red clay. The piece is dried slowly for about 1 week and bisque fired for 7 hours. When the piece was cool, the blue glaze was applied and then it was fired in the kiln again for another 7 hours.
