Ever since a heart procedure several years ago I was getting inflammation emanating from my chest to the rest of my body. Outside of aspirin, nothing helped, and constant aspirin does a number on my stomach. These contain a higher dosage than many brands, so I take just one in the morning and one in the evening. They have done wonders for my inflammation and I really notice it when I forget to take them. Very pleasant and mild taste going down and easy to swallow despite their size. No fishy burps whatsoever.
