Next time I get this using homemade soap, I will get the white one, the bleached one
I got just use my homemade soap and it does work good but I wish I haven’t got the white one so if anybody reads this, maybe that’ll help them I would lean toward the white the next time

Gives silky feel to soap
I've used this in shaving soap. It gives the lather a nice silky slip. Before this, I was using either silk amino acid powder or hydrolyzed silk protein liquid. This is a much better value than those options (a little silk goes a long way!), and I think it produces a better end result.

Lovely
I like this silk. It desolves well in lye water especially when separated thinly or cut into small pieces. I do recommend.

The smell in lye
Smells like fried corn shells when added to lye. Is this made from corn silk? I find that very weird. I like the smell of authentic fried corn shells but I wasn’t expecting this. Just makes me question the authenticity saying it’s from moth cocoon… very skeptical … it also turned my lye water brown
