It has a very tight clearance for the jerry can holder in the back and I needed a water can that was pretty much exactly the same dimensions. Someone on a Jeep forum posted that this can will fit, but however it does NOT fit - it is too thick.As you can see from my photos, the dimensions are VERY close - the height is just slightly less, the width is the same, but the "depth" or "thickness" is about 11/16" to thick - as a result it will not fit into the tray of my jerry can holder.Overall the construction of this is OK, but not any better than a $15 Reliance can from Walmart, quite honestly. For $45, I am very disappointed that it doesn't fit my jerry can holder, and it isn't really any better in terms of construction than my Reliance cans that are 1/3 the price.One major problem is that the spout at the bottom won't spin down tight and lock into place. As you turn it down to tighten, it just jumps the thread and then spins around. The o-ring keeps it from leaking, but the loose attachment means that it REQUIRES two hands to operate the spout - one to hold the petcock to keep it from spinning, and the other to open the valve. VERY poor design and pretty much useless for its intended purpose. I will be returning and replacing with a Scepter can that costs about the same amount but has MUCH better construction. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Solid construction, but has a few design flaws *by T***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2019* This is a great water can; very well constructed and the built in petcock is a great featureA few things i did not like1. There is no triple handle like on the Wavian jerrycans; you can’t do a buddy carry and when it’s full of water it’s difficult to handle alone2. When you attach the petcock to the bottom to use the water it doesn’t seat firmly. This allows it to spin making it extremely difficult to hold a smaller vessel you’re filling and turn the petcock on and off by yourself3. The tool to close the top lid and remove the bung for the spigot is not included ### ⭐⭐ Bad Cap Seals *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2018* I’m really disappointed in the performance of these cans. They’re sturdy. They’re standard dimensions and fit well into my Jeep load plan. The problem - they continue to leak around the cap. The o-ring installed is a non-performer and needs replacing. We lose water through them and cross-contamination with external sources is a concern.
