What are the listed ingredients? The box I looked at says horseradish, and wasabi is 8th listed ingredient (after cellulose!)

This one is premium wasabi paste made by natural wasabi instead of the horseradish. You probably looked at the regular wasabi tube by S&B which is made by horseradish.

Why has this more than doubled in price from December??

We started listing this product from Jan, and not so sure about the price in Dec. All I could say is probably a lot of products costs went up so much and sellers have to change the price.
