Hats are comically small.
The hats are tiny, gave us a good laugh but they're not what I expected/needed. Maybe my fault for not reading properly but I saw they were for kids or adults and assumed they'd be smallish but OK.Photo with 7 month old puppy for context!Really small, would be ok on pets or very young children but anyone with a head bigger than an orange is going to be short changed.

Fun selection for parties
Bought for a grandchild’s birthday celebrations. Pack can be used for either boy or girl. Will do a few parties. Great value.

Birthday party hats were very small
Birthday party. Hats were very small and it is not suitable for children’s between 2 to 5 years. We can we use it for born babies

Strings too small and some faulty noise makers
The string for the party hats is small even though it is Stretchable still tight on kids. Description says party hats for kids adults. Few noisemakers are faulty but the worst part is I'm using all of this for my baby girl's birthday party.
