Headphone Splitter, 5-Jack 3.5 mm Audio Headphone Stereo Headset Adapter

Sometimes I watch movies with friends and we need to plug more than one set of headphones in. I had a very cheap headphone splitter with two jacks but they were very closely spaced and made it impossible to plug both in.I was pleased to find this splitter at such a great price. Solves my problem by having the jacks far enough apart to plug in several large plugs. It's very versatile for what it costs and what it is. How long it will last remains to be seen but hey. It was six bucks and products like this are getting hard to find local. As long as it works and lasts a couple years, I'm OK with it.Also, I noticed one other review said there's a hum. There isn't on mine. No background noise at all.

Good for multiple speakers

When my Oontz speakers decided they were going to misbehave badly, I needed an alternative to a BT hookup. Combine this with a couple 50 ft 3.5mm cables and I've got a cheap, stable workaround.

This is a 6 way stereo audio combiner and splitter (although this kit does come with a short male to male patch cord, if you need a male plug to connect to this adapter). In my case I hooked up 2 audio sources and 2 audio outputs to this adapter (with 2 unused stereo jacks for future expansion). Specifically I have my bluetooth audio receiver hooked up (so I can pipe in audio from my phone) and the USB to audio adapter on my computer (so I can also get to the audio from my computer). As for output, I have a set of powered computer speakers (for sending the sound to the room) and a set of wired headphones also hooked up (so I can easily listen to sound without bothering others in that room).NOTE: My headphones are "always on", as I don't have any switch to turn off the audio output to them. But I do have a USB power switch to kill the power to the powered speakers if/when I don't want to bother other people in the room.NOTE: I only gave this adapter 4 stars, because this adapter's stereo sound jacks are not the most reliable. For example, when I first tried plugging in my headphones I only got sound out to one ear (not both). Obviously this was a connection problem between this adapter and the male plug on my headphones themselves. However, I was able to work around this problem by getting a 1.5 foot audio extension cord, and plugging that cord between this adapter and my headphones (so now I get proper stereo output in both of my headphone ears).

This is so great! I love that it has so many ports so all the kids can sit around and listen to the same story on there music players or their story players. We use it for our yoto in the car so I don't have to listen to what they are. Sometimes they all like to listen to the same thing. It's great for doing family stories around the table or for homeschool. Everybody can listen at the same time. And is super intuitive to use and nice and small. Appears to be well made and we haven't had any problems with it. Sound and quality are great.

This little splitter allows me to get all kids on long rides to be able to watch the same movie without having to blast the sound. The cord is long enough that no one has to crane their neck. Does exactly what it says it does in a small, easy to travel with size.

As a man, I often find it difficult figuring out where to put it in. The inlet is not clearly marked, would have gave 5 stars had it been.
