Disney Elena of Avalor Adventure Classic Girls' Costume, Child Size Medium

For a dress up/costume this is a very nice dress although as others have stated it does run big. My daughter is 43 inches tall and 50lbs. She normally wears a 5t or size 4/5 or extra small depending on the store or brand. I bought a 3t/4t and it fit perfectly. The waist/bodice was just right and so was the length. It hit right about ankle length and like I said she's around 43 inches or so. The material is OK, typical type cheap faux satin type but strong enough that I wasn't afraid it would rip. The style is the best part, it's just pretty. My daughter wore it for her 5th birthday party and she really looked nice in it. Would recommend to anyone especially at this price.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my 6 yo daughter. It is a little bit big for her but so cute. She loves it and wears it around the house. I love that she can grow into it and we can make adjustments if needed if she wanted to wear for Halloween. Right now it is just used for dress up play but is very nice and could be used for a costume.

Very cute and well made. No scratchy parts, and easy to get on and off. My daughter is 4, almost 5, and wears a 5t or girls 4-5/5, so we bought the 4-6x size. I'd say the dress fits like a 5/6. My daughter is average to talk, and it was about an inch to long in length, so I pinned up the front undershirt, and she was fit. the top was also slightly big, but she had a tank top under it, so no problem. I'm glad she will be able to wear it a while. She was very happy to wear this dress for the first day of Princess Camp!

The dress is beautiful and comfortable, not scratchy like many can be. It looks just like Elena's adventure dress and both daughters recognized it and loved it. Ordered 3t-4t for my 3yr old that measured at the top end of the measurements for the size, but I wanted it to fit her and not be too big since it's a long dress. The length should have been perfect, I was even a little worried about it being too short....but This dress is about 4 inches too long for her and the top is also too big. It fits like a size 6. My almost 9yo that wears 8/10 could actually put it on! It was a little snug and short, but if it was a true 3t-4t, she should never have been able to get it on. Now I don't quite know what to do because she loves it, but they don't make a smaller size. Some temporary hem tape will work on the off-white skirt, but I'll have to get really crafty to get the ruffled part shorter and still maintain the ruffles. Safety pin up the back. I'm so disappointed that the size is way off.

Absolutely gorgeous dress! I ordered this for my 2 and 5 year old for a collective dress up wardrobe. The dress is very long, but as it's intended to be floor length, it's about right. I had intended for my two kids that are at opposite ends of the growth scale for their respective ages to share the dresses despite the sizes. I think this one will be a tad long for the 2.5 year old but they'll enjoy nonetheless. The material is nice and sturdy enough to hold up for intermittent dress up play. The back has a nice velcro closure which will make play time easier on Mom and more of an independent/co-play between my girls. Would recommend

4 years old was amazed by this dress when we got it as a birthday gift. If your little one interested in disney princesses or disney shows that have this or this type of dress theme, you bet you make her day by getting this as a gift or small treat to surprise her. Quick facts: - it did perfectly for 4yrs old 42inches tall and also 4yrs old 46 inches tall. - Made well enough that it will last a year for sure (well they grow up fast so). - Good details compared to the tv shows. - Comes with the accessories. - It is definitely satisfactory for little ones. - We hand washed it bath thub with other ones and air dries, no issues at all. Overall this is a good buy and definitely worth to make little ones happy.

Runs HUGE! I ordered the 4-6X for my 5t wearing girl, and this fits more like a size 8-10. I had to take up the dress a good 5 inches and had to cinch in the waist by at least a couple of inches. I'm glad the neck was intended to be high as it just worked and draped a lot more than I would have liked. With that said, the fabric has a nice satin feel (not itchy at all) and it is very pretty. Buckle/character badge at the waist is cute and seems like authentic Disney. I would not wash this in the washer - spot clean only. Would have gotten more stars from me if the size was more accurate.

Ordered the 4-6X first because my 4 year old is a solid size 5...it was huge! She had a good foot of fabric pooled on the ground. I went back and ordered the 3T-4T and it was perfect. We took it to the Bippidi Boppidi Boutique at Disney World and she had the most amazing experience being transformed into Elena. She proceeded to wear the costume for most of the rest of the trip. It has a couple of stains that I can't get out now but other than that, it's held up remarkably well for the amount of wear that it has gotten. And unlike some of other costumes that I've seen, this one does not shed glitter all over the place. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this dress for my 6yr old granddaughter....it is a beautiful little dress and she loves it! Important to note that it fits quite large..... took me a couple of times to get the right size. Initially ordered M as she usually wears a size 7....it was WAY too big. We ended up getting a small (4-6X) and it fit her perfectly.
