Looks almost identical my old uber chef
I bought this to replace my old Uber Chef peeler which is no longer available on Amazon. It looks very much like it except for the "concentric diamond" logo. Unfortunately the blade, although similar in appearance, is not up to the job. You have to tug on it to get it started and then the peels are much thicker, wasteful when peeling veg and criminal when your zesting lemons.I bought Uber Chef peelers for friends. I would NOT recommend this.

My only complaint is the cleaning.
It's a great vegi shredder. My only complaint is that food gets stuck under the folds of the blade. Only one thing would improve the tool. The ability to take it apart for cleaning would be an improvement.

The media could not be loaded. I was impressed by the super thin slices of sweet potato and apples. Very easy to use, super smooth to make juliennes. Watch your hands, it is very very very very sharp. Cleaning it was a bit tricky, I use a little wire brush sometimes I had to use a fork to get the mini pieces that were stuck. Overall it’s a Nice gadget!

It is sharp but both blades aerated, hard to peel a potato
Both blades serrated. One should be smooth.
