Love this seasoning on anything you want to have a kick. Beans to meats.

Tasty, but very salty
As I mentioned in the title, this seasoning mix is quite salty, so don't add extra salt to whatever you're using this on.

Love this seasoning but it is a bit pricy.

Not quite as 'hot' as typical cajun
This provides just the right amount of heat and spice when going for a lighter touch. Their 'regular' cajun spices go in a lot of our creole style dishes, but the all'yall is mild and mellow enough to be used well outside the cajun style. In a pinch, I also smoked several pork tenderloins using this as a rub, and the guests have been *extremely* complimentary. A touch expensive to use as an every day rub, but it was a great switch up. This blend often gets used in place of a 'chef's mix' blend that goes on or in everything when you want just a touch of heat.

Husband loves it!
My husband love Cajun seasoning. He got a diagnosis of Burning Mouth syndrome, and hasn’t been able to enjoy any Cajun seasoning. Until I found this brand! He loves it and it doesn’t affect his condition at all. This is my fourth can and has become a staple in our household.
