Great dive light on the smaller size and well made! With 21700 battery!
I’ve had this on a few dives now in my favorite lake and in a quarry. The size is great for the brightness it puts out and very nice runtime with the 21700 battery …and it comes with a spare battery! Also nice that the batteries have the usb C charge port, no extra charger needed on trips. And pretty nice zipper case to keep it all in as well. At first I wasn’t thrilled that you have to press and hold to get the max output, but after using it, I can see that it makes sense. It wasn’t very often I wanted the max brightness, the 1700 lumens is pretty bright. And if you were able to set it on max output, it would just run down the battery too quick when it’s not necessary. LED in the button is always nice to keep an eye on battery life remaining. And this green version…so sexy with their orange silicone ring to give it a little “pop” 😃. And back to the size, it fits very nice in a soft hand mount. The deal running at the time I ordered it, I was able to add the SD01 beacon light to the cart and it was free with the purchase. These beacon lights are nice if you do night dives. I also tried it on our boat's mooring line to help us find it on the way back, we could see it but honestly it would work better at night. Hard to go wrong with these Orcatorch lights for the cost! I’ve got a few different size Orcatorch lights I’ve been using for a while now.

High Quality, Reliable Dive Torch!
As an avid traveler and scuba diver having a quality reliable dive light is extremely important. Right off the bat I appreciated the case with foam inserts to keep the light safe during packing and travel. It also keeps everything together, so it is simple to find. I was able to take this new light on a recent trip to Cozumel Mexico where I used it for a night dive and multiple Cenotes dives and let me tell you for the money you won't find a better torch. Brightness: When it comes to lights one of the most important factors is brightness. What I liked about this light was the on/off button is easy to find by feel which is important in the dark. You can hold the button down a few seconds when off to lock it during travel or push it multiple times to cycle through various levels of brightness. This allowed me to tailor the power to my needs and extend the already amazing battery life (more on that in a minute). In my attached video you can see the 3 levels (high, medium, low) and when on you can hold the button down for what I am calling "Super" power (3000 lumens!). I was able to clearly see even at a distance during my night dive and was pleased with the fine angle that reduced the blooming effect that wide angle lights can create due to the fine particulates floating everywhere in the ocean. Battery Life: Another factor of dive torches that can't be understated is the reliability and length of battery life. Many dive lights only come with a single battery, and some are not even removeable, which is difficult for multi-dive adventures. Typically, I dive 2 or 3 tanks in a day and having the ability to swap out the battery for a fully charged right on the boat was priceless. This meant I could use the light to its fullest extent without having to worry about having enough power for my next dive. Another great feature was the fact that you can charge the batteries outside of the torch and they have an led indicator light so you know when they are full. This means if I need to charge one battery, I can still take the light with another battery on a dive. Loving the flexibility. Reliability: Needless to say, I have put this torch to the test in multiple dive situations where having a light that turns on every time is vital and this light performed every, single, time. Not only that, but you know you have a good light when 3 other people on the boat get out their lights and they are the same brand or even the same exact model. Downsides: Honestly, I have not found any downsides yet. I did see another diver with a different light made by this same brand which included a green laser and thought that was very useful as well for training or even playing with fish because they follow the laser point (how cool is that?) so I'll probably be looking for that next. As a diver it never hurts to have a great light and this could work as either a primary or a backup, so I highly recommend you try it out!

Amazing Underwater Dive Light, a Must-Have for Scuba Divers!
I recently purchased the Orcatorch D710 flashlight for my diving adventures, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. This flashlight is a game-changer for underwater exploration! Brightness and Beam Distance The D710 boasts a maximum output of 3000 lumens, which provides exceptional brightness and illuminates even the darkest underwater environments. The beam distance is also remarkable, allowing me to see clearly over large depths and distances. Whether exploring coral reefs or investigating wrecks, this flashlight ensures I never miss a detail. Robust and Durable Build The flashlight feels solid and reliable in hand, giving me confidence that it will perform well dive after dive. I tested this out in saltwater on multiple ocean dives and there is no sign of corrosion yet. Easy to Use and Versatile Modes I love the magnetic switch which I find easy to use, even with gloves on, and allows for seamless switching between modes. With multiple brightness levels and a super bright mode, this flashlight is versatile enough to handle various diving situations, from casual dives to technical use. Impressive Battery Life Battery life is always a concern with high-powered flashlights, but the D710 excels in this area as well. The included rechargeable battery provides extended runtime, ensuring the flashlight lasts through multiple dives without needing a recharge. This reliability is crucial for long diving trips where charging options may be limited. I was able to use one battery for multiple dives in one day and then swap out the battery while recharging the other one which ensures I always have a battery to use in the light. Excellent Waterproof Performance I have taken it to depths of around 130 feet, and it performed flawlessly with no signs of leakage or diminished performance. I'm able to handle deep dives with this flashlight with no issues so far. Overall, the Orcatorch D710 flashlight is an exceptional tool for any diver looking for a reliable, powerful, and durable light source. It has now replaced my old primary dive light and I am looking forward to continuing to use it! Its outstanding brightness, robust construction, and user-friendly design make it a top choice for underwater exploration. I highly recommend the D710 to anyone in need of a high-quality diving flashlight!

Excellent torch and excellent customer service. Torch unexpectedly stopped working. Some troubleshooting and a little video later, a replacement was sent and received within a couple of days

Increíble, funciona bien y tiene buena calidad

The product is not Orcatorch genuine merchandise. It has ok quality on first dive but if you expect to have a high end quality I guess it is not the real thing! I have a picture of it too

A great torch, long battery life even at highest setting. It has three power settings that I used differently on the same dive. As I descend I use on lowest power. As I moved across the reef I went to high power allowing me to be further away from the reef. As I got close To reef I didn’t need full power as I was close to the reef looking for macro subjects so the power level 2 was ideal. Doing multiple fives a day you need a spare battery so you can charge the other or swap during surface intervals. Fear not they provide a spare battery too. It’s a lightweight but powerful torch with a wrist strap. A lanyard with clip would be good to see in the box so that’s one aspect I would advise to add. Simple to do yourself though. When surfacing you want it clipped off to avoid anything dangling or falling out of your pockets. It’s rated to 150m so recreational to tech diving it will be a useful primary or back up torch. The angle beam of the torch is narrow at 6 degrees which is great for longer distance. A more wider beam option would be good to give additional versatility but it really does what you need from it.
