Yes, i think the product goes all the way down as I have been sharpening the pen and it has worked fine; still have quite a bit of product left but i only wear the shade i have in 'Spring and Summer.

This is an excellent Brand- A little pricey but it is long lasting color on your lips. Beware you need to buy SUGAR's sharpener, the pencil will get ruined if you try to use something else.
