I would give this 4.5 stars, but it doesn't let me, but overall it works well. Only knocking off 0.5 because installation is all by sight - no added alignment tools to help with application.On my first install, I thought it was on perfectly by using the front camera cutout and sensor as guides (didn't want any obstruction to the camera), but once it was laid down completely only did I notice the very bottom is lifted, not making contact with the screen. Luckily the case I have prevents the protector from catching on anything. Also while watching videos it's much easier to notice the protector is slightly slanted. No biggie, as long as it does it's job at keeping the screen from getting nicks and scratches.But once it's on, it works well. Clarity is equivalent to not having the screen protector on. Touch sensitivity is also not affected. Not sure if I got lucky, but the oleophobic properties of this screen protector are excellent! I haven't had any issues with smudging, and water beads right off.Overall, if you can get this protector applied just right, it should be a great way to keep the screen clean and prestige.

I don't use to write reviewes, however this product deserves my qualification in order to help others know exactly what they are purchasing.I have tried the Olix.. brand to protect the screen of my SONY 1 III, however it has 2 major Cons:1- It covers less area.2- It does covers the proximity sensor that allows the screen to turn off when you put the phone next to your face while doing a call; this is something you dont want because it makes the phone lite the screen while you are talking if you are using the Olix.. brand.This particular brand (Mr. Shield) did a lot better than the one I previously mentioned as:1- It covers almost all the screen of the device, thus giving more protection.2- It has a cut out o the proximity sensonr above the screen, enabling in this way a propper functionality of the mobile.I am very pleased with the Mr. Shield protector and I am not concern of the edges that are not completely covered because I am using a case that covers that thin edge the screen protector dosen't.Hope this is helpful for you.

Note: I am using UV adhesive kit with this - expecting for best results(purchased separately on Amazon --ASN# B0DRVFYFN6 and ASN# B08F5F52KZ)I have Xperia 1v 5g today, this Xperia 1iii 4G phone maybe out of production soon, but still its my daily use inhouse such as bedside companion or dinner time browsing use, It is a priceless internet device.Pros:* Pack of 3* The coverage of the protection is entire screen (pixel area)* The coverage does not reach the edge where the curvature becomes a problem.* Smooth, glossy, no more micro-scratches, also covers up the damaged oleophobic coating(the micro-scratches are noticeably gone, maybe its the UV Adhesive related)Cons:* Package does not come with any open frame metallic bezel for the back camera(not a show stopper for me but it would be really cool aesthetic & extra protection)Summary:In my opinion, I strongly believe with tampered 9H hardness + UV Adhesion will give the best results.I noticed my in some of my phone screen area had oleophobic damage from hot soup splashes, its no longer noticeable.

I like that you have extra chances to apply this screen protector. I really needed them!

This Mr.Shield screen protector for the Sony Xperia 1 III is a great buy. The three-pack is convenient and the glass feels premium. It offers excellent scratch resistance without compromising touch sensitivity. Installation was easy thanks to the included guide. The lifetime replacement warranty is a huge plus! Definitely recommend.

Thankfully there are 3 screen protectors in this pack. I am now on my last one in a few months. I have found that the screen protector is slightly too big for the screen. Even with fairly meticulous and careful installation, there is about a mm of the protector that hangs off of both sides that passes just beyond the curve of the screen. I have a visible line on both sides were it hasn't completely adhered to the screen.Even with a phone case installed to protect the edge, the slight excess that hangs off the outside edge makes it quite easy to catch it when slipping the phone into a pocket. Once that happens even that smallest bit of dust that gets under the protector ruins it. In the attached pic, you can see a light border all the way around the edge of the protector. That is the edge that will not seal onto the screen.Installation is easy and clean.Quality is good and does not seem to interfer with touch sensitivity.This would be a great screen protector if it were 1mm smaller all the way around

I managed to get the screen protector on my phone with nearly 98% accuracy. By that I mean that it is a great fit with good cutouts and a stout feel. It's the best screen protector I've ever used in my life and all I used was the microfiber included in the box and one screen protector as well as a bed comforter (I recommend a microfiber one and doing this whole procedure on a bed). There is very small air bubbles on the edge but I read a review that said you could use olive oil to seal it up and I can somewhat vouch for this because an old screen protector I used for my Xperia 5 had a liquid to clean the edge up so that's what I'm hoping on. I can't confirm it was olive oil but I'd do your own research. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and I recommend it to you.

Glass doesn't account for the slight curve in the phone's screen towards the edge. Tried to install it three times and every time the edges refused to stay down. Looked online and there appears to be a very slight curve along the edge of the phone.
