Review: Great quality! - Really liking these multivitamins so far! Improved energy levels, as well as focus. They are easy to swallow, just sucks that you have to take 8. I split mine and do 4 in the am and 4 in the pm. As long as you take the vitamins after a meal, there are no GI issues for me.
