TEKTON3/4 Inch Drive Deep 6-Point Impact Socket Set, 22-Piece (7/8-2 in.) | 48995

All the Tekton sockets I have are very good quality and these are no different. I won't be using these all that often but I'm glad to have them. The case is nice and the sockets are easy to read. I haven't used the ratchet yet but it and the breaker bar appear to be fairly good quality. Overall, this is a very nice set and it will keep me from destroying the drive side of the bigger sockets in my 1/2" drive impact socket set. I'll be running a 1/2" to 3/4" increaser to adapt from my high torque DeWalt impact.

I needed a nice, complete 3/4 socket set. And I found it. I’m a diesel/ fleet mechanic by trade.I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but the sockets have held up well, are labeled nicely, and I think this set will last forever. For the price, I think it’s a good deal. I really have become a fan of Tekton tools over the last few years. Just as nice as some of my Snap-On, Matco, Cornwell stuff.My only issue so far.. has been the plastic case. First, I guess I didn’t realize how large this set was, lol. It would have been cool if maybe they broke it down into two cases or something? Idk.The case takes up alot of space in my service truck. So I stand it up, but every time I remove/ open it, a few of the sockets don’t stay in place and I have to re-organize them. Not a huge deal, but annoying when I’m in a rush.I’m experimenting with adding more foam inside, or maybe a piece of cardboard. I’ll post an update in a few months. Besides that, it’s a great purchase.

Great selection for 18 wheeler drive shaft yoke nuts. Granted, I have only used them on nuts that were not frozen, just tight. Using a 3/4 air tool walked them off. The indentation at the nut shoulder is a plus. I looked at my yoke nut once off and I noticed that the impact from the constant beating by the air tool was not on the point but on the stronger shoulder and the nut point was not rounded in the slightest. I hope to pass this set down to my children.

Well made tool. The sockets are well marked and easy to read. I use them on the electric impact gun with no problems at at all. They fit snugly on the impact wrench and haven't warped or become loose. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a good 3/4 set but doesn't want to spend a fortune. I use these frequently for working on own equipment (Excavator/Skid Steer), but I am not a mechanic who uses them everyday.For my uses these tools are exactly what I need. They are definitely worth the money!

I bought this set for heavy duty truck, I use 2 1/2 " for removing the yoke nut, they look solid, chrome moly and no skip size,I got 1 " Pittsburgh from harbor freight for sae size set ,8 pieces,and I got this tekton set, now I have a complete set for heavy duty job class 8, instead of buying a set for 500$ , for some extra sockets you will might be use them once in a while, I can use 1/2 inch instead or go to harbor and get 3/4 " set for $40 for all missing sizes, I gave them 4 stars because they should made in usa, as some of buyers mentioned that they were made in usa,but actually they were made in Taiwan for michigan tools in michigan, with lifetime warranty. It's not a big deal for me while they have a lifetime warranty.

if your like me and looked at this kit a few times..just buy it!!Tekton has been my first choice lately when it comes to certain tools, mainly sockets but I find myself trying other stuff as well for the house. I bought this 3/4" set mainly for 3 sockets for hitch work ect . due to the cost of some of the larger sockets by other tool truck providers. if you add em up its a no brainer for the quality and nicer then harbor freight as most things from then are not made symmetrical and true. I def do not see myself breaking anything here and if I do who cares tekton is a call or email away so ill get my replacement before the snap on or mac guy comes around a week later after a visit. I only had one complaint and its hardly a complaint..i only wished the handle on the ratchet was slightly larger so the t bar would serve as a leverage extension. no biggie. another great TEKTON productalso I love how they all come with blow molded cases, I cut the tops off w a razor and they make for a nice neat display in the tool box
